I'm a DONA-trained, GROW-certified birth doula serving families throughout Palm Beach County and Florida's Treasure Coast. My path to birth work was shaped by a deep love of family, a passion for evidence-based care, and my own journey through pregnancy and birth.
Born from faith and a calling to serve others, my work is grounded in compassion, respect, and the belief that every birthing person — regardless of their birth plan, background, or language — deserves a devoted advocate by their side.
As a bilingual doula (English and Spanish), I'm proud to serve Florida's growing Hispanic and Latina communities with culturally sensitive, heartfelt care.

A doula provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. I work alongside your medical team to ensure you feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout your entire birth experience.
Ideally, reach out in your second trimester (around 20–28 weeks). That said, I sometimes have availability for families who reach out later, don't hesitate to contact me regardless of how far along you are.
Absolutely. The majority of my clients birth in hospitals throughout Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast, such as Palms West, Jupiter Medical, Wellington Regional, Cleveland Clinc Tradition, HCA St. Lucie Medical and Lawnwood. I am familiar with area hospitals and work seamlessly alongside hospital staff.
Yes, and it's one of my deepest passions. I am committed to helping VBAC-seeking families find supportive providers and prepare mentally and physically for their birth.
Sí. I provide full doula services in both English and Spanish, including all prenatal visits, labor support, educational materials, and postpartum check-ins.
Yes! I support births in all settings: hospitals, birth centers, and homes. I adapt my support to each environment.
Yes. A retainer secures your spot, with the remaining balance due by 36 weeks. Please reach out to discuss options. I will do my best to accommodate your family.
